WE do not have to give a refund for change of mind

WE do not have to accept any goods or products which are broken due to incorrect pet usage.

WE do not have to accept a terms of refund or give a refund when the transaction is half completed/the delivery goods are in transit and the customer wants to cancel the order. When the transaction has been paid for and the monies have been received and goods are shipped and in transit, this is deemed as the business transaction is being fullfilled and cancelling is considered as CHANGE OF MIND.
